Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 years of industry experience required
- Strong organizational skills and experience using productivity tools
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a time-constrained environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Team player mentality
- HubSpot experience is a plus

• Source, pitch, and close mid-market med spa and aesthetics groups (multi-location practices, DSO-adjacent groups, and high-volume single sites) onto our patient-financing platform. • Build and sustain a pipeline of net-new aesthetics accounts, ramping quickly to consistent monthly production. • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, economic justification, contracting, and warm handoff to onboarding and account management. • Translate financing economics - approval rates, funding speed, fee structures, credit-spectrum coverage - into provider-facing ROI conversations. • Represent HFD at industry events (AmSpa, aesthetics conferences, regional groups) and build referral channels. • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
