Job Description

Senior Software Engineer

SpotOn

Role Description We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Hospitality Fulfillment team at SpotOn. Our domain focus on how customers’ orders actually get to the kitchen and are prepared, so the work you’ll be doing is critical for smooth restaurant operation. You'll work across various backend services and microfrontends to build features that power our Express POS. - Take extreme ownership: You don’t just close tickets; you own the outcome. If a feature breaks or a customer is stuck, you’re the one who sees the fix through, regardless of where the problem sits in the stack. - Navigate real complexity: We aren’t doing simple CRUD work. You will be untangling massive systems and solving high-stakes puzzles that require creative thinking and the grit to push through frustration. - Be a "whatever it takes" engineer: You are flexible. If the frontend lead is out or an infra fire starts, you’re ready to jump in, learn what you don't know, and clear the path for the team. - Treat AI as a teammate: We use AI tools daily to move faster. You’ll be expected to leverage these tools to solve "impossible" problems and keep our quality bar high. - Drive the team forward: You’ll provide technical leadership, ensuring we’re making smart decisions and addressing tech debt before it becomes a roadblock. Qualifications - Real-world experience: You’ve spent at least 5 to 7 years building software that survives high-traffic, production environments. - Backend mastery: You are highly proficient in Golang and ideally also JS/TS. - AI fluency: You have already integrated AI into your workflow and know how to use it to write better code and debug complex systems. - Solid fundamentals: You have a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns that allow you to build for scale. - Strong communication: You have a solid command of English (min. B2). Requirements - The "Figure it Out" gene: You actually enjoy the challenge of a problem that doesn’t have a clear answer on the first page of a search result. - Full-stack flexibility: You aren’t afraid of PHP if that’s what’s needed to get a project across the finish line. - Cloud and Infra comfort: You’ve spent enough time with AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes to understand how your code lives in the wild. - A mentoring mindset: You naturally raise the bar for those around you through thoughtful code reviews and shared knowledge. Benefits At SpotOn, we put people above everything else. We’re known for our innovative software and technology solutions, but we stand out because of the hardworking humans behind the tech. We can’t take care of our clients without taking care of our employees first, and that’s why we invest in your wellbeing with a competitive benefits package designed to support your health, family, and future: - Medical, Dental, and Vision Options: Nationwide plans to fit your personal healthcare needs. - HSA with Employer Match: High-deductible health plan enrollees receive an annual company contribution to their Health Savings Account. - Company-Paid Life Insurance & Disability. - 401(k) Retirement Savings & Annual Employer Match. - Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). - Pre-Tax Commuter Benefits. - Paid Parental Leave. - Paid vacation, 10 company holidays (including 1 floating holiday), sick time, and volunteer time off. - Monthly cell phone and internet stipend. - Education reimbursement up to $2,000 per calendar year to assist with your professional development. - Employee Resource Groups to build community and inclusion at work.

Coupa Integration Developer

Bright Vision Technologies

Bright Vision Technologies is a forward-thinking software development company dedicated to building innovative solutions that help businesses automate and optimize their operations. We leverage cutting-edge technologies to create scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications.

Role Description We are looking for a Coupa Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Coupa BSM (Business Spend Management) and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on Coupa Integration Cloud, API-based integrations, supplier onboarding flows, and data synchronization between Coupa and ERP, finance, HR, and payment systems. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Coupa integrations in production, understands the source-to-pay process end-to-end, and applies disciplined integration engineering practices. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems including ERP, finance, payroll, and supplier networks. - Build integrations using Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato. - Implement supplier onboarding integrations including supplier master, contracts, and catalog data flows. - Develop integrations supporting requisition, purchase order, invoice, and payment processes. - Implement chart-of-accounts, expense category, and lookup data synchronization between Coupa and source systems. - Build user, role, and approval-hierarchy synchronization between Coupa and identity systems. - Design error handling, retry, and reconciliation strategies for integration flows. - Implement integration security across Coupa endpoints, including OAuth flows, SSO patterns, and certificate-based authentication, ensuring that integration credentials follow least-privilege and lifecycle best practices. - Profile and optimize integration performance and batch sizing for high-volume scenarios, applying systematic measurement, targeted improvements, and data-driven validation to deliver quantifiable gains in throughput, latency, or resource efficiency. - Participate in Coupa release planning, regression testing, and platform upgrades. - Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders on integration requirements. - Maintain comprehensive, current technical documentation — including architecture diagrams, design decisions, configuration references, runbooks, and operational procedures — so that the system remains supportable, auditable, and easy to onboard new engineers onto over time. - Support production incidents related to Coupa integrations and drive durable fixes. - Stay current with Coupa releases and BSM platform evolution, regularly review release notes and community discussions, and translate noteworthy advances into concrete recommendations and adoption proposals for the team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Five or more years of integration engineering experience. - Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with enterprise systems. - Strong understanding of Coupa Integration Cloud and Coupa Open APIs. - Experience with at least one major iPaaS such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato. - Strong understanding of source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes. - Solid SQL and data transformation skills. - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and integration security. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Coupa certifications. - Experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite ERP systems. - Familiarity with Coupa Pay, Coupa Risk Assess, or Coupa Treasury. - Exposure to supplier-network integrations. - Experience supporting global BSM rollouts.
