Qualifications - Hold an active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential. - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing and configuring Salesforce environments. - Solid experience with core features and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Experience with Revenue Cloud or Industries Cloud is required. - Proficiency in declarative automation tools, primarily Salesforce Flow. - Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules. - Experience with data management tools (e.g., Salesforce Data Loader) and a firm grasp of data hygiene best practices. - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively within a remote team environment. Requirements - Hold additional active certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant. - Experience working in a consulting environment or managing multiple Salesforce orgs is an asset. - Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is an asset. - Basic understanding of when programmatic solutions (Apex, LWC) might be needed. - Experience participating in data migration projects is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
