Virtual Clinician – Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant
CVS Health
• Conduct online “Video Visits” with health plan members • Provide 40 hours of availability weekly, consistently providing 320+ capacity units per month • Execute a strong visit completion rate, consistently pacing 220+ completed visits per month • Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements
Job Requirements
- Full-time, board-certified nurse practitioners or physician assistants
- Trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and lines of business in primary coverage state(s)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or a similar format (preferred)
- Must meet minimum requirements for remote visit delivery, including broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled
