• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure key product metrics aligned with business objectives. • Lead data science workstreams including predictive modeling, segmentation, and forecasting to drive product decisions and revenue impact. • Evaluate and prototype AI-powered analytical solutions that support forecasting, product optimization, and operational efficiency. • Utilize data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that influence product strategy and experience optimization. • Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and measurement frameworks. • Develop dashboards and recurring analyses to monitor product performance and proactively surface opportunities for revenue and experience improvement. • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner. • Support data governance and ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of analytics reporting. • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to support roadmap prioritization and business planning.

• Define, own, and drive the product strategy for analytics in the agentic datacenter, connecting agent workflows, text-to-SQL, semantic context, query execution, and intelligent workload routing • Engage deeply with customers, partners, and open-source communities to discover underlying needs, owning the voice of the customer and incorporating insights into roadmaps and priorities • Establish success metrics and requirements for agentic analytics workflows where latency, throughput, cost, correctness, and infrastructure utilization all matter • Collaborate with Engineering, Research, DevRel, Field, and Enterprise teams to create agentic analytics architectures and reference blueprints • Serve as the point person for presenting vision, opportunities, and progress, setting expectations and managing internal and external collaborators

• Be seen as expert in LCA modelling for electronics, pharma, renewable materials, textiles, construction or similar sector • Help to coordinate the according dataset sector upgrade • Contribute to the development of data-on-demand datasets as well as external client projects • Work according to the process based on the “Scrum” methodology updating and creating content for the MLC databases • Support customer inquiries and information requests • Support the planning of own work • Drive AI and other tool usage to improve data management

Role Description As a Data Analyst at USFS, you will be a key member of a team supporting federal clients. The role focuses on data analytics, report generation, and providing operational support as directed by the client. You will use your expertise in data analysis, particularly with Tableau and Power BI, to deliver insights and visualizations that support decision-making processes. There are multiple openings ranging from junior to senior data analyst positions. Key Responsibilities - Data Analytics and Visualization: Provide analytical support, including the development of dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI. - Strategic Modeling and Metrics: Offer strategic modeling, metrics, and analytical support to various U.S. Government agencies. - Cost Modeling Services: Support cost modeling and cost-benefit analysis for various projects. - Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Process Support: Assist in the POM process, offering data-driven insights. - Business Process Improvement: Analyze and improve business processes using data analytics. - Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) Support: Provide analytical strategy and support for ICE initiatives. - Records Management and Compliance: Manage records data, including FOIA declassification and records scheduling. - Training Reports: Generate monthly training reports, including supervisory training for both military and civilian personnel. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is highly preferred. - Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics or a related field. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization. - Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. - Python or other programming languages is a plus. - Strong skills in MS Excel for data analysis and modeling. - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.
