• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and measure key product metrics aligned with business objectives. • Lead data science workstreams including predictive modeling, segmentation, and forecasting to drive product decisions and revenue impact. • Evaluate and prototype AI-powered analytical solutions that support forecasting, product optimization, and operational efficiency. • Utilize data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that influence product strategy and experience optimization. • Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and measurement frameworks. • Develop dashboards and recurring analyses to monitor product performance and proactively surface opportunities for revenue and experience improvement. • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner. • Support data governance and ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of analytics reporting. • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to support roadmap prioritization and business planning.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product analytics or data science role
- Advanced proficiency in Python applied to statistical modeling, predictive analytics, segmentation, forecasting, and machine learning in a product or digital analytics context
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLM applications, and AI-enabled analytics workflows
- Strong expertise in SQL and Google BigQuery
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based platforms such as Databricks
- Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Monetate, or Mixpanel
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experimentation frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Role Description As a Data Analyst at USFS, you will be a key member of a team supporting federal clients. The role focuses on data analytics, report generation, and providing operational support as directed by the client. You will use your expertise in data analysis, particularly with Tableau and Power BI, to deliver insights and visualizations that support decision-making processes. There are multiple openings ranging from junior to senior data analyst positions.
