Legal Assistant – Editor, Family Law
A&A Associate
• Prepare and edit immigration packets • Send packets to print • Collect documentation from clients • Manage client profiles on our platform • Contact clients to explain forms and requirements • Schedule consultations • Follow up with clients • Review daily emails, calendar events, and assigned tasks • Edit a minimum of 4-6 preliminary packets per day • Organize USCIS forms and evidence into a single PDF • Upload finalized packets to the firm’s platforms • Provide case updates to clients
