• This role will assist an Apex client with occupational safety & health. • The incumbent will be involved in preventing workplace injury and risk by completing checklist-based health and safety audits of building plans, buildings under construction and retrofitted buildings. • The role will routinely involve a blend of on-site health and safety auditing and remote desktop work. • The incumbent will interface with client stakeholders, construction teams, developers, engineers, and building occupants to ensure the client gets a safe operational facility. • Providing health and safety compliance auditing to the client. • In collaboration with Apex project managers, coordinates and executes safety projects within set organizational procedures and standards. • Provides input to project managers, client relationship managers, or business development staff on status of the project.

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models in Revit and AutoCAD in accordance with ADRM standards and project requirements • Produce detailed design documentation including drawings, countermeasure layouts, cabling and conduit schedules, device typicals, risers, and related specifications • Assist with model coordination by identifying clashes and supporting coordination reviews using Navisworks Manage • Update and manage project models to reflect design revisions, coordination outcomes, and project milestones • Follow established ADRM BIM standards, templates, and workflows to ensure model consistency and quality • Coordinate with internal design teams and project stakeholders to support timely and accurate project deliverables • Support model audits and quality checks under the direction of the BIM Manager or Project Lead • Participate in internal knowledge sharing and assist with improving modeling practices and documentation efficiency

• Primary point of contact with the cross-functional execution teams for developing and managing logistics plans for various projects. • Ensure adherence to Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order to Remittance (OTR) logistics processes as defined within Gas Power projects, supporting on-time delivery to end customers. • Create project logistics budgets and develop transport plans to support ITO, OTR and day-to-day routing and planning activities. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure planning and execution of logistics that supports on-time delivery and optimize logistics costs • Monitor and ensure compliance of supporting Logistics Coordinators with customer requirements and contract deliverables • Build strong relationship with internal partners, and key account contacts to understand repairs outage needs and keep the repairs logistics operational team KPIs on target • Provide Day-to-Day oversight (Daily Management, Morning Start up and EOD report out) to leadership with regards to projects within scope • Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve on-time deliveries, manage logistical costs to meet budgetary and operational plan. • Take ownership of key logistics metrics and lead additional operational activities, as needed • Supervise day-to-day logistics operations of Steam GE Gas Repairs shipments via OTM. • Making sure 4PL compliance with sourcing strategy and logistics group directions. • Working with all parties to use OTM as a mandatory tool for all repairs logistics transactions. • Work with OTM teams on system development and improvement in accordance with logistics leadership direction and actual business needs. • Improve and develop OTM • Comply with established financial guidelines and provide for the timely execution of all transactions. • Supervise post shipment inquiries and claims. • Supervise and improve data accuracy of logistics tracking system.

• Support installation operations across North America by coordinating scheduling activities. • Communicate with customers and assist with production workflows. • Serve as a key point of contact during the installation process. • Schedule installation appointments based on installer availability and market capacity. • Conduct customer welcome calls to review project expectations. • Maintain and update scheduling region guides. • Collaborate with Install Specialists to improve scheduling accuracy. • Assist with material verification and installation date confirmations. • Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
