Installation Coordinator
Ferguson
• Support installation operations across North America by coordinating scheduling activities. • Communicate with customers and assist with production workflows. • Serve as a key point of contact during the installation process. • Schedule installation appointments based on installer availability and market capacity. • Conduct customer welcome calls to review project expectations. • Maintain and update scheduling region guides. • Collaborate with Install Specialists to improve scheduling accuracy. • Assist with material verification and installation date confirmations. • Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
Job Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous installation coordination or project scheduling experience preferred.
- Experience within home improvement, construction, installation, manufacturing, or production environments preferred.
- Knowledge of scheduling processes, material tracking, and production workflows preferred.
- Experience using CRM, scheduling, or production management systems preferred.
- Working knowledge of installation products and processes preferred.
