• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic client accounts and initiatives • Lead client meetings, program reviews, onboarding sessions, and strategic discussions • Reinforce ADRM’s position as a trusted long-term partner • Support account growth opportunities through relationship management • Help coordinate onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple client deployments • Partner with development and internal stakeholders to help shape appropriate solutions and responses based on client feedback • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams • Support long-term client success by helping ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience • Lead client onboarding sessions, training, and platform walkthroughs • Support clients in understanding and using DEFENDER™ effectively for their operational needs • Help maintain momentum and ensure projects and operational initiatives continue progressing effectively • Identify gaps and proactively help resolve them • Maintain clear documentation, status updates, and reporting • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution

• Support delivery of data center security projects from design through construction • Coordinate across internal teams, clients, and integrators • Review drawings, submittals, and field conditions for accuracy and alignment • Identify and help resolve QA/QC and field issues • Manage and maintain project documentation (drawings, RFIs, submittals) • Track progress, action items, and outstanding issues • Participate in client and project meetings • Support adherence to security design and construction standards • Other duties as assigned

• Delivering physical security design across complex, large-scale enterprise environments • Leading design efforts from concept through construction and commissioning • Developing design packages, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining consistency and quality across projects • Managing the full electronic security systems life cycle to include assessment, design, project management, construction administration, and commissioning • Designing integrated security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion) within complex enterprise environments • Producing detailed design documentation including CAD/BIM drawings, device layouts, riser diagrams, cabling and conduit schedules, countermeasure schedules, programming and configuration requirements, bills of materials, and cost estimates • Developing and managing security scopes of work for construction and retrofit projects • Coordinating and reviewing Security Contractor deliverables to ensure compliance with design intent and standards • Managing multiple projects concurrently, balancing priorities, timelines, and resources • Supporting commissioning activities, including system validation, issue resolution, and punch list management • Producing accurate as-built documentation based on installation and commissioning outcomes • Ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability of security designs across regional and global deployments • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across design processes and project delivery

• Own the end-to-end rollout of DEFENDER™ across a large, multi-account client program • Serve as the primary DEFENDER™ liaison for internal and external account teams • Coordinate onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple client deployments • Partner with development and internal stakeholders to help shape appropriate solutions and responses based on client feedback • Ensure consistent and successful DEFENDER™ adoption across accounts • Lead client onboarding sessions, training, and platform walkthroughs • Support clients in understanding and using DEFENDER™ effectively for their operational needs • Act as a trusted advisor on platform usage, best practices, and workflows • Identify adoption challenges and proactively address gaps • Manage a global, multi-account DEFENDER™ program, balancing priorities across regions and stakeholders • Track progress, risks, and dependencies across deployments • Maintain clear documentation, status updates, and reporting • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution • Participate in client meetings, including occasional on-site engagements as needed
