Role Description We are looking for experienced Oracle ERP Finance and/or Supply Chain lead consultants to help sell and deliver Oracle transformation programmes at some of our key clients across UKI and Western Europe, with proven experience and capability in some of these areas: - Taking a key delivery role of Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions, in a functional and/or workstream management capacity, on large-scale transformation programmes. - Operating across different phases of the consulting lifecycle – working with stakeholders in the client organisation across requirements analysis, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), and fit-gap recommendations, through to deployment and business readiness support. - Shaping and selling Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions by engaging with senior stakeholders to help solve their business challenges in the relevant market segment. - Actively engaging in the definition and creation of Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) solutions. You will play an important role in shaping and identifying new and expansion business opportunities on these programmes. - Managing and supporting proactive Oracle proposal development, focusing on the Infosys Consulting value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes. - Assuming the role of trusted advisor to clients providing guidance in matters relating to Oracle Applications within relevant industries. - Coordinating relationship building activities across teams on each client engagement to help ensure they are well advised on important matters. - Collaborating with Oracle ERP colleagues in a multi-geography, hybrid delivery environment to deliver successful outcomes for our clients. Qualifications - Established knowledge & experience in Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) functional roles in a services firm or large enterprise as a consultant or business process specialist. - Track-record of at least two successful end to end Oracle ERP (Finance and/or Supply Chain) Cloud implementations in the relevant business domain within enterprise-level organisations. - Well established networks, relationships and involvement in the Oracle ecosystem. - Ability to work at a senior client-facing level within complex organisations, able to build empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers. - Recognised expertise in Oracle Applications, able to demonstrate the ability to align the functional area with the business requirements to support the company vision. - Strong presentation skills, experienced and comfortable presenting to large groups and delivering inspiring and engaging presentations. - Collaborative team player, with a willingness to lead by example and roll up their sleeves. - Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels. - Ability to travel as/when required. Role Description Under the direct supervision of the Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) Specialist and guidance of the Chief of SBC, and in close coordination with the Health Section and Field Offices, the consultant will: - Support development and adaptation of federal and state-level Polio SBC strategies and ensure integration into preparedness and outbreak response plans. - Provide technical assistance to develop evidence-based SBC micro-plans informed by IM, LQAS, refusal tracking, social investigations, and KAP/social research findings. - Support pre-campaign readiness including stakeholder mapping, mobilization planning, and coordination of community engagement activities. - Provide technical oversight during campaign implementation and support post-campaign follow-up for missed children and zero-dose identification. - Ensure effective use of communication channels including interpersonal communication, community dialogues, influencers, and local leaders. - Design and implement targeted SBC interventions to address vaccine hesitancy, refusals, and misinformation. - Support engagement of influencers, religious leaders, health workers, and community networks to promote polio vaccination. - Develop/review key messages and IEC materials and strengthen rumor tracking and rapid response mechanisms at state level. - Provide on-the-job mentoring and support capacity building of state, locality, and administrative health promotion officers on SBC microplanning, IPC, community engagement, and monitoring tools. - Strengthen coordination between Health, SBC, implementing partners, and line ministries, and actively participate in federal and state-level technical coordination meetings. - Analyze SBC data from IM, LQAS, and field monitoring; produce monthly technical briefs; document best practices and lessons learned; and submit comprehensive campaign reports with recommendations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in social/behavioral/communication science, or other fields with relevant certified training in behavioral and social communication.
