Role Description A Job Captain is the one who runs the teams of modelers for specific projects. They’re in charge of: - Mentoring the modelers on software usage and best practices - Detecting missing information and handling RFI/RFCs - Doing Quality Control within their assigned disciplines The Job Captain must also be able to do modeling tasks; in fact, they develop excellent models, combining this with the internal management of the modeler’s coordinated actions within the project. Role Description We are looking for a BIM Associate I to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will support the design and modeling of architectural and engineering projects, focusing on: - Creating and managing Onboarding permit drawings (light, permit, enterprise). - Assisting with schematic design and tender package creation. - Converting point clouds into Revit models and supporting with sales plans. - Modeling Revit families and assisting in basic building systems coordination. - Producing graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts. - Providing testfit design support as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Professional degree preferred). - Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion). - Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. - Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects. - Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices. - Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination. Role Description As a Project Electrical Engineer at Envista Forensics, you will play a crucial role in conducting forensic investigations related to electrical incidents and failures. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team of engineers and experts to determine origin and root causes of accidents, equipment malfunctions, product defects, and other mechanical failure related issues. Your findings will be essential in helping our clients make informed decisions and resolving complex legal and insurance matters. - Investigate electrical failures, defects, or damage in industrial, commercial, and residential settings. - Determine causes of electrical system failures and assess design/construction quality or maintenance procedures. - Lead field investigations and document property damage for multi-party examinations. - Collaborate on large, complex projects within multi-disciplinary teams. - Research failure modes and provide repair or remediation recommendations. - Prepare reports and letters detailing the cause of damage for clients. - Provide deposition and expert testimony in product liability for civil, federal, and occasional criminal court cases to testify about damages and professional liability.
