Role Description We are looking for a BIM Associate I to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will support the design and modeling of architectural and engineering projects, focusing on: - Creating and managing Onboarding permit drawings (light, permit, enterprise). - Assisting with schematic design and tender package creation. - Converting point clouds into Revit models and supporting with sales plans. - Modeling Revit families and assisting in basic building systems coordination. - Producing graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts. - Providing testfit design support as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Professional degree preferred). - Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion). - Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. - Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects. - Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices. - Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
