Job Description

Talent Sourcer

Employ Global

Role Description We aren't looking for someone to "post and pray." We are looking for a borderless precision hunter. As our Global Technical Talent Sourcer, you will be the engine room of our international recruitment process. You'll be tasked with identifying and engaging the top 1% of engineering talent worldwide. This isn't just about scanning resumes; it's about leveraging cutting-edge AI and mastering global talent maps to find the "purple squirrels" that others miss because they don't know where, or how, to look. What You'll Do - Architect Global Sourcing Strategies: Own the top-of-funnel for complex Engineering roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Systems, etc.), building diverse pipelines across North America, Europe, LATAM, APAC, and beyond. - Master the Tech Stack: Live in LinkedIn, while pushing the boundaries of AI sourcing tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity), automation platforms, and data-scraping techniques. - Cross-Border Engagement: Craft hyper-personalized outreach that resonates across cultures. You know how to pivot your messaging for a Mechanical Engineer in Berlin versus a Systems Engineer in Denver. - Market Intelligence: Act as a global consultant. Provide real-time feedback on international talent density, varying salary benchmarks, and local hiring nuances to ensure our searches are calibrated for success. - Drive the Agency Hustle: From initial identification to the first screen, you'll manage your desk with the urgency and "hustle" typical of a high-performing recruitment agency. Qualifications - 3+ years of dedicated sourcing or recruitment experience within the Engineering/Technical sector. - Global Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated experience finding and placing talent across multiple continents and jurisdictions. - Expert Tool Proficiency: Mastery of LinkedIn, Boolean Search, and at least two AI-driven sourcing or automation tools. Requirements - The Agency Veteran: You come from a fast-paced agency background. You understand that "speed to lead" is the difference between a placement and a "closed-lost." - The Global Citizen: You have a proven track record of sourcing candidates internationally. You understand the nuances of global hiring, from degrees to regional tech hubs. - The Engineering Guru: You know your CAD from your CAM. You understand the difference between a Systems Engineer and a Process Engineer and can talk shop with high-level technical talent. - The AI Ninja: You don't just use tools; you break them and find better ways to use them. You are likely using AI to automate your workflows, summarize profiles, and optimize Boolean strings. - The Self-Starter: This is a 100% remote role. You don't need a manager breathing down your neck. You are disciplined, manage your own time zones, and deliver results from your home office. Benefits - True Autonomy: Work from anywhere in the world. We care about your output, not your "active" status on Slack. - Modern Stack: We provide the best tools in the business so you can focus on the hunt. - No Red Tape: We are an agile team. If you have a tool or strategy that works, we'll implement it right away. Company Description Ready to map the global talent landscape?
