Qualifications - Deep knowledge of OnGuard architecture (v8.2+), including Communication/Application Servers and Cloud-readiness. - Proficiency in MS SQL Server (Backup/Restore, Query Optimization, and AlwaysOn Availability Groups). - Hands-on experience with DataConduIT and OpenAccess RESTful API for HR and identity system syncing. - Strong grip on Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, and secure networking (TLS 1.2+, VLANs, Firewalls). - Experience configuring badge printers, biometrics, and intrusion panels. Requirements - Lead global rollouts of Lenel OnGuard. - Design custom alarm priorities, event-to-action rules, and real-time visualization maps. - Recommend system enhancements to strengthen OnGuard functionality and future-proof our deployments. - Bridge the gap between Security Operations, IT Infrastructure, and global vendors. What You'll Do - Architect Global Sourcing Strategies: Own the top-of-funnel for complex Engineering roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Systems, etc.), building diverse pipelines across North America, Europe, LATAM, APAC, and beyond. - Master the Tech Stack: Live in LinkedIn, while pushing the boundaries of AI sourcing tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity), automation platforms, and data-scraping techniques. - Cross-Border Engagement: Craft hyper-personalized outreach that resonates across cultures.
