Role Description This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Full-Time Medical Doctor to support patient consultations for stem cell and regenerative medicine clinics. They operate within the healthcare and wellness industry and have continued expanding their patient-centered regenerative treatment services over the past few years, helping individuals improve mobility, manage chronic conditions, and explore non-invasive treatment alternatives. This role is ideal for a proactive and highly communicative medical professional who is comfortable speaking with patient leads, explaining treatment options, and guiding consultations related to joint pain, autoimmune conditions, and regenerative therapies. The position requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to create trust and confidence with prospective patients in a remote environment. - Conduct virtual consultations with patient leads interested in stem cell and regenerative medicine treatments. - Evaluate patient conditions related to joint pain, autoimmune disorders, and chronic pain management. - Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, and general regenerative medicine processes in a clear and professional manner. - Build rapport with patients while providing compassionate and informative consultations. - Maintain accurate consultation notes and communicate effectively with internal clinic teams. - Collaborate with patient coordinators and clinic staff to ensure a smooth consultation process. - Attend meetings and communicate regularly through Slack, Discord, Zoom, and other remote collaboration tools. - Stay informed on advancements and best practices related to regenerative medicine and stem cell therapies. - Deliver a high-quality patient experience while maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout every interaction. Qualifications - Previous experience in regenerative medicine or stem cell therapy is highly valued. - Experience in telemedicine or remote patient consultations is a plus. - Strong patient-facing communication and relationship-building abilities. - Ability to manage multiple consultations while maintaining attention to detail. - Highly organized and self-motivated professional. - Experience working with international or English-speaking patients is preferred. Requirements - Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent medical degree. - Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written. - Experience working with patients dealing with joint pain and autoimmune conditions. - Knowledge of regenerative medicine concepts and patient care practices. - Comfortable conducting virtual patient consultations in a remote environment. - Ability to communicate complex medical information in an easy-to-understand way. - Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Comfortable using remote communication and collaboration tools.
