Role Description OffSec is seeking a strategic, high-agency Director of Demand Generation and Campaigns to own, scale, and optimize our integrated global demand engine. In this role, you are accountable for driving measurable pipeline growth across acquisition, retention, expansion, and strategic market engagement. We are looking for a strategic powerhouse who knows that in a world of digital noise, clarity is the only thing that wins. You will treat our pipeline across B2B and websales as a complex system to continuously optimize, balancing creative experimentation with deep operational discipline. This is a strategic yet deeply hands-on leadership role. You must move fluidly between setting macro-level strategy and rolling up your sleeves to shape narratives, pressure-test assumptions with executives, and drive execution across the finish line. Teams You Will Manage - B2B Global Campaigns - B2B EMEA Campaigns - B2C Campaigns (Promotions, Acquisition, Lifecycle, and Flywheel mechanics) - Sales Enablement Duties and Responsibilities - Own the Pipeline System & Strategy - Pipeline Accountability: Own full funnel pipeline targets with clear responsibility for revenue contribution, efficiency, and ROI. - Full-Funnel Alignment: Architect an integrated demand generation strategy spanning digital, lifecycle, events, partnerships, ABM, and sales-led programs to bridge the gap between initial awareness and revenue expansion. - Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs and analyze funnel metrics to gauge campaign health, generating post-campaign reports with actionable insights on velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline coverage for executive leadership. - Execute 360° Integrated Cyber Campaigns - Turn Complexity into Impact: Partner with sales, product, curriculum, and community to shape highly differentiated messaging and value propositions that resonate deeply with practical enterprise and government buyers. - The Campaign Hook: Act as the voice of the customer. You are expected to be the one who translates technical speak and immediately comes back with a compelling, high-converting campaign hook. - End-to-End Delivery: Coordinate all aspects of multi-channel campaigns—from briefing to execution—ensuring every campaign functions as a self-contained system (covering persona targeting, asset deployment, conversion paths, and SEO/AEO integration). - Cross-Functional Matrix Leadership - Drive Decision-Making: Move decisively through ambiguity. Engage, advise, and influence executive and business leaders, cutting through organizational friction to maintain campaign momentum. - Cross-Squad Collaboration: Collaborate fluidly across brand, digital, content, marketing operations, and sales teams to ensure lightning-fast speed and global consistency in campaign delivery. - Sales Enablement Support: Ensure the sales and partner motions are fully equipped with the campaign toolkits, sequencing, and insights required to convert marketing-generated pipeline into closed-won revenue. Qualifications - Cybersecurity/Tech Fluency: Proven experience marketing highly complex, technical solutions. You must understand the tech landscape well enough to communicate value effectively to security practitioners and C-suite leaders. - Campaign Mastery: Strong track record of planning, managing, and executing successful 360° quarterly communication strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels. - Data-Driven Mindset: Expert ability to build project plans, tracking documents, and campaign frameworks to manage budget allocation in collaboration with Finance, optimizing for true funnel impact rather than vanity metrics. - High Agency Leader: You stay comfortable being the person in the room who steps up, problem-solves creatively when issues arise, and continuously moves things forward. - Tech stack must-haves: Deep expertise in Hubspot and Salesforce necessary to be successful at this role. Working Conditions - This role is a full-time salaried position and will be performed from a home office.
