Technical Implementation Lead

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders, translating business needs into technical configurations and implementation plans • Serve as a technical advisor during client onboarding, guiding clients on integration capabilities, limitations, and best practices • Leverage Snowflake and SQL expertise to solve complex technical challenges and collaborate with leadership to overcome implementation roadblocks • Analyze, identify, and resolve data anomalies, inconsistencies, and risks through comprehensive validation, root cause analysis, and mitigation strategies • Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and drive continuous enhancements to implementation processes and team effectiveness

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years direct experience in or integrating with Epic and/or Cerner EHRs
  • 3+ years experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in insurance recovery, denials, and complex claims
  • Healthcare expertise, including a strong understanding of 835/837 transactions and associated claims, denials, charges, and payment data
  • Strong technical proficiency, including advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with ELT processes, SSIS packages, and file configuration/transformation
  • Preferred experience working with HL7, FHIR, and APIs
