• Administer, maintain, and continuously improve Microsoft Intune (Windows laptops, iPhones, iPads) and Kandji / IRU (Apple MacBooks). • Own the full device lifecycle: zero-touch enrollment via Apple Business Manager (ADE) and Windows Autopilot, configuration, app deployment, patching, and retirement. • Define and enforce configuration profiles, compliance policies, and baseline standards across all platforms and OS versions. • Maintain integrations across the wider stack: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure / Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Cisco Meraki, and Zscaler. • Identify repetitive, manual, and error-prone tasks and replace them with automation (e.g., Intune Proactive Remediations, scripting, Microsoft Graph API, Kandji automation). • Champion and implement AI-driven automations — self-service, self-healing, automated remediation, and assisted support — to improve the end-user experience and reduce service desk workload. • Deliver measurable impact: fewer tickets, faster resolution, and less manual intervention. • Implement and maintain Zero Trust controls: Conditional Access, device compliance gating, encryption (BitLocker / FileVault), and least-privilege access. • Manage endpoint threat protection through Microsoft Defender and ensure secure connectivity via Zscaler. • Align endpoint configuration and evidence with regulatory and audit requirements — ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA, and GDPR — and support internal and external audits. • Deliver fast, reliable, zero-touch onboarding so new joiners are productive on day one. • Proactively monitor device health and performance; resolve issues before users notice them. • Act as the senior escalation point for complex endpoint issues raised by the service desk. • Partner with IT Support, IT Operations, Security, and Infrastructure teams, keeping ownership boundaries and escalation paths clear. • Document standards, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles to enable the wider team. • Track and report on endpoint KPIs (compliance rate, patch coverage, enrollment success, ticket deflection) and drive continual improvement.

Role Description The Core Services Site Reliability Engineering team sets the foundations and maintains the principles of reliable engineering across StackAdapt's core service teams. Core service teams power StackAdapt's software backend, where all data processing occurs. The Core Services SRE team ensures robust and reliable software by building and operating self-healing systems that automatically deploy and manage the scaling of core services software, while championing and evangelizing the principles of reliable software and Site Reliability Engineering across the organization. • Own the system design – you decide how data is modeled, where state lives, how components talk to each other, and how the whole system behaves under load • Design and own our data layer from the ground up – tables and relationships, indexing strategy, and query/load optimization that holds up as data and traffic grow • Design queues, background jobs and long-running workflows that stay correct and reliable under heavy load and partial failure • Make the hard, hard-to-reverse design decisions early – and reason explicitly about the trade-offs behind them • Develop and maintain our web application • Contribute to architecture decisions, the direction of our stack, and the overall product vision • Build robust pipelines for document- & email processing and 3rd-party-integrations that handle volume spikes gracefully • Build and optimize agents for our growing template-library • Extend our RAG / knowledge base system (embeddings, semantic search, reranking) • Operate in an AI-first development setup powered by Claude/Cursor • Manage version control and team collaboration via GitHub

• Own the end-to-end AI product strategy for Zero Gravity Tutor, including prompting architecture, model selection, retrieval (RAG) design, context management, and AI output quality across every subject and learning mode. • Build and continuously improve adaptive AI systems that personalise coaching based on how individual students think, learn, revise, and prepare. • Solve complex AI challenges, including expanding support from objective to subjective subjects, developing scalable evaluation frameworks, and maintaining product quality as the platform grows. • Design, implement, and continuously refine rigorous AI evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, output quality, hallucination rates, and real learning outcomes. • Prototype new AI features by writing code, building proof-of-concepts (POCs), running experiments, and validating ideas before committing engineering resources. • Own the product roadmap by defining priorities, sequencing initiatives, and ensuring the team focuses on the highest-impact opportunities for students and educators. • Establish clear success metrics for every product release, analyse performance, lead post-launch reviews, and foster a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous learning. • Act as the voice of students and teachers by conducting user research, synthesising feedback, and translating insights into meaningful product improvements. • Partner closely with Growth and Commercial teams to design product experiences and engagement loops that support sustainable user acquisition, retention, and business growth. • Shape the product experience for schools and educators, helping solve institutional challenges and creating solutions that support adoption at scale. • Work directly with partner schools and teachers to validate product direction, gather actionable insights, strengthen customer relationships, and influence the product roadmap. • Collaborate with the Commercial team to define how Zero Gravity Tutor is packaged, positioned, and communicated to institutional buyers. • Champion a culture of curiosity, experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement across the product organisation. • Work closely with Engineering to align priorities, remove blockers, accelerate delivery, and maintain a high execution pace. • Contribute to Zero Gravity's broader AI strategy by sharing learnings, best practices, and successful approaches across the wider organisation.
