Job Description

Regional Vice President – Labor & Public Sector

Sword Health

• Attend labor & public sector conferences, trade shows and events as needed to spread awareness of Sword and build labor & public sector relationships. • Autonomously drive deals from initial discovery stages to win/close. • Work with legal teams on contract negotiations and final signatures. • Find and cultivate new labor & public public sector leads, successfully converting them into qualified sales opportunities. • Drive new business growth within the assigned territory. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in labor unions and public sector organizations. • Develop strategic outreach plans to expand market presence. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support. • Thoroughly prepare for presentations and anticipate questions and objections. • Work with the implementation team to ensure a successful enrollment of the Sword Health’s MSK digital solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of labor & public sector sales relationships and experience.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
  • Expertise in healthcare, self-Insured employers, health benefits, digital MSK solutions, or disease management.
  • Solid public speaking skills, easily speaking in front of groups and delivering presentations with confidence and authority.
  • Startup or digital point solution experience is a plus.
