Role Description This is a remote position. We are actively seeking a highly experienced Pega Lead Developer with deep expertise leading end-to-end technical delivery while partnering across Delivery and Operations teams to ensure production stability, operational readiness, and efficient issue resolution. This role is ideal for a senior technical leader who can drive delivery execution from design through deployment while serving as a critical bridge between development, platform operations, and enterprise support functions. The ideal candidate combines strong Pega architecture and development experience with operational leadership capabilities, including: - Production support coordination - Release readiness - Issue triage - Enterprise governance alignment within complex financial services environments Reporting to our Delivery Operations Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you will work remotely and lead the design, development, deployment, and operational support of enterprise Pega solutions. You will collaborate with: - Architects - Delivery leads - Operations teams - Middleware partners - Enterprise dependency teams You will also play a key role in: - Monitoring production health - Triage incidents - Coordinating issue resolution - Ensuring platform stability across the delivery lifecycle Qualifications - Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification (Part 1 & 2 required) - 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of Pega development experience leading technical delivery end to end - Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale Pega applications in financial services or regulated environments - Deep understanding of Pega architecture, guardrails, performance tuning, integrations, and reusable enterprise assets - Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, release coordination, and DevOps practices - Proven ability to lead Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, estimation, execution, and release activities - Experience troubleshooting production issues using PDC, logs, and operational monitoring tools - Strong communication and coordination skills across Delivery, Operations, Product Engineering, Middleware, API, and platform support teams Requirements - Lead end-to-end delivery execution including sprint planning, task breakdown, estimation, risk escalation, and technical unblocking - Design, develop, and oversee scalable Pega solutions aligned to enterprise architecture and security standards - Enforce engineering quality through peer reviews, guardrail compliance, performance best practices, and release readiness activities - Leverage reusable enterprise assets, established patterns, connectors, and shared components to drive consistency and efficiency - Partner with teams including Middleware, API, and enterprise integration teams to complete cross-team delivery requirements - Onboard and implement enterprise layer connectors while ensuring development follows established standards and integration patterns - Follow client Pega Delivery Framework and execute required COE ceremonies, governance checkpoints, and security processes - Monitor application health using Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC), logs, and operational tooling - Serve as the Delivery to Operations bridge by triaging issues, classifying incidents versus enhancements, routing work appropriately, and driving issues to closure - Coordinate with Pega on platform upgrades, security fixes, hotfixes, and operational platform updates as required - Escalate issues appropriately to Pega Support, internal Product Engineering teams, and Account leadership when necessary Benefits - Celebrated by Inc. 5000 for our rapid growth and award-winning workplace - As a Certified Women-Owned Small Business, we champion diversity in tech - Competitive compensation - Comprehensive benefits - Extensive development opportunities

• Provide Epic product function, design, build, and testing expertise and experience for assigned Epic module related to Epic Healthy Planet. • Collaborate with end users to design and build the Epic system in a timely and professional manner and make corrective configuration or enhancements. • Lead medium to large complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows including the design, build, and test phases. • Participate in design and validation sessions and ensure appropriate documentation, follow-up and issue escalation occurs. • Provide technical and/or clinical consultation including application configuration. Review, analyze, and evaluate system needs to develop recommendations for customers. • Develop, support and maintain all required system design and build documents and other system documentation. • Perform daily monitoring of applications in production use. • Actively participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle and perform unit, system and integrated testing tasks and activities for Epic workflows. • Provide support of application incidents reported through the help desk, including 24/7 on call coverage as required. • Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of software functionality; acquire and utilize knowledge of operational workflows to be implemented. • Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with Epic software. • Work with trainers to develop and maintain application specific training curriculum and materials • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to specifications prioritize, coordinate, and implement updates and requested changes to the system; review and test each new release; troubleshoot problems and questions from end users. • Adhere to organization standards for system configuration and change control. • Develop strong relationships with end user communities, customers and business partners. • Facilitate communication with stakeholders from initial requirements to final implementation. • Troubleshoot and/or resolve application issues and escalate more complex issues as appropriate.
