Zillow
• Be an expert in all Zillow Rentals Network products and services. • Execute against the MEDDPICC sales process and adopt Challenger principles in every customer interaction to drive insight-led, value-based conversations. • Perform a high volume of calls to increase participation from multifamily rental management companies. • Utilize Salesforce.com to prospect, log activity, and manage your calendar and opportunities. • Participate in multifamily rentals conferences, association meetings, tradeshows, and property management company meetings to increase partnerships, revenue, and exposure to the Zillow Rental Network. • Communicate performance expectations to clients internally and externally. • Consistently meet and exceed success metrics, including revenue and retention. • Excel in high-level conversations and presentations with decision-makers with a focus on building positive relationships to drive business results. • Serve as a brand ambassador for Zillow Group, representing the best interests of the company, its advertisers, and industry partners. • Represent the voice of the customer to influence product, marketing, and sales process and improvement.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales.
- Experience selling into medium/mid-market accounts with complex/multiple decision-makers.
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Possess high energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a personable, positive “can-do” attitude via the phone and in person.
- High degree of ownership and dedication to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to prioritize and utilize time management.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- A passion for high-level conversations with decision-makers and influencers.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
- Proficient use of Excel and Salesforce and other data analytic tools, including Google Analytics.
- Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred.
