• Installation and commissioning of power transformers • Routine maintenance, testing, and inspections of power transformers • Troubleshooting and repairs of electrical, mechanical, and control system issues • Compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements • Collaboration with assigned crew and other departments to resolve complex issues • Extensive travel to customer sites for on-site support
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of field service technicians and resources. • Conduct tailboard meetings and safety briefings. • Oversee the execution of field projects, ensuring safety and timely within-budget completion. • Provide technical guidance and support to the team. • Address and resolve any safety incidents or concerns directly with the Filed Service Safety Administrator.
