• Installation and commissioning of power transformers • Routine maintenance, testing, and inspections of power transformers • Troubleshooting and repairs of electrical, mechanical, and control system issues • Compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements • Collaboration with assigned crew and other departments to resolve complex issues • Extensive travel to customer sites for on-site support

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of field service technicians and resources. • Conduct tailboard meetings and safety briefings. • Oversee the execution of field projects, ensuring safety and timely within-budget completion. • Provide technical guidance and support to the team. • Address and resolve any safety incidents or concerns directly with the Filed Service Safety Administrator.

• Support the Power Solutions Division through accurate forecasting • Manage and populate the master schedule for service operations • Act as liaison between manufacturing and field service leadership • Track transformer shipping schedules and lead alignment of expectations • Manage logistics for transformer oil delivery and communication with crews

• Oversee power transformer installation, maintenance, and repair. • Manage a work planner and external resources. • Lead a team of field service technicians and equipment to support new and existing customer assets. • Oversee the coordination and scheduling of services with customers, resources, and internal teams. • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any technical problems. • Train staff and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
