• Prospecter activement de nouveaux comptes (outbound) via téléphone, email, LinkedIn et autres canaux • Identifier les bonnes cibles (entreprises & décideurs clés) et construire des listes qualifiées • Entrer en contact avec tes prospects et susciter leur intérêt dès les premiers échanges • Qualifier les besoins et détecter des opportunités à fort potentiel • Transformer les leads marketing entrants (inbound) en opportunités concrètes • Construire des approches de prospection efficaces et tester de nouveaux messages / stratégies • Travailler en binôme avec les équipes Sales pour closer les opportunités générées • Relancer intelligemment tes prospects pour maximiser les prises de rendez-vous • Piloter ton activité dans le CRM (HubSpot) pour suivre tes performances et optimiser ton pipeline
Job Requirements
- Bac +3 minimum
- À l’aise avec la prospection
- Persévérant(e), orienté(e) résultats
- Organisé(e) dans la gestion d’activité
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles
- À l’aise avec les outils digitaux (CRM, LinkedIn,...)
- Expérience en prospection / vente est un plus (stage ou alternance inclus)
- Connaissance de HubSpot est un bonus

Role Description The Director - Industrial Sales is responsible for driving revenue and expanding market share by promoting and selling the manufacturer’s heavy-duty plumbing products, pipes, valves, fittings (PVF), and wholesale distributors in the industrial trade. The role involves high-level technical consultation, relationship management, and strategic contract negotiation. This senior-level role requires a highly motivated sales professional with strong industrial sales experience, technical aptitude, and the ability to build long-term partnerships across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of industrial and commercial plumbing systems, construction project cycles, and distributor relationships within the PVF and industrial supply markets. What You'll Do: - Sales Growth within Industrial Channel - Expand market share through new account acquisition and growth within existing customer relationships. - Drive specification opportunities with contractors, engineers, plant managers, and industrial end users. - Collaborate with leadership to identify long-term growth opportunities and strategic vertical markets. - Build relationships with decision-makers across industrial, manufacturing, commercial construction, and distribution channels. - Maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement. - Provide technical guidance on PVF products, plumbing systems, and application-specific solutions. - Interpret customer specifications, local and national plumbing codes, and industrial requirements. Qualifications - 7+ years of proven outside sales experience in B2B industrial sales, manufacturing, commercial plumbing, or PVF distribution. - Demonstrated success growing industrial territories and managing strategic customer relationships. - Strong understanding of industrial plumbing systems, valves, fittings, piping applications, and related technical products. Requirements - Experience working with or selling through industrial distributors and organizations. - Experience selling into industrial manufacturing, water treatment, food processing, chemical processing, energy, or commercial construction markets. - Existing relationships within industrial distribution and contractor networks.
