B2B Sales Manager
Seven Senders
• Build and convert the pipeline: You generate and qualify leads, manage your sales pipeline, and move deals from first contact to close. • Understand customers: You proactively engage with e‑commerce clients, analyze their growth objectives, and develop tailored solutions. • Craft proposals: You translate customer requirements into bespoke solution concepts and guide clients through the entire sales process. • Monitor the market: You track competitors and trends, derive insights to inform your strategy, and share your knowledge with the team. • Represent Seven Senders: You represent us at trade shows and client meetings with confidence and authenticity.
Job Requirements
- You have at least 1 year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in closing deals and building customer relationships.
- KPIs such as conversion rate, pipeline value, and activity metrics are familiar to you, and you actively use them to steer your work.
- You communicate persuasively by phone, email, and in person.
- Customer orientation is your default mindset: you listen, identify real needs, and find commercially viable solutions.
- You speak German at C2 level (required) and English fluently; both languages are used in daily work.
- A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification is a plus but not required. What matters most are your results.
