• Liderança da Estratégia de Saúde Mental e Riscos Psicossociais: Governança, direcionamento estratégico e gestão do programa de riscos psicossociais (NR-01) em nível corporativo. • Gestão do time de Saúde Mental. • Influência Multifuncional: Atuar como parceiro estratégico do RH e das lideranças, apoiando tomadas de decisão críticas e integrando a cultura de saúde e bem-estar às metas e rotinas de negócio. • Governança e Gestão de Projetos: Gerenciar o portfólio macro de projetos de saúde corporativa, garantindo o alinhamento orçamentário, cronogramas, eficiência operacional e a entrega de valor das iniciativas. • Data-Driven Storytelling (Materiais Executivos): Consolidar indicadores complexos de saúde (sinistralidade, absenteísmo, e-NPS, etc.) em relatórios e apresentações executivas, traduzindo dados de saúde em impacto financeiro e estratégico para o negócio. • Gestão de Parceiros e Fornecedores: Garantir a qualidade técnica e o alinhamento estratégico de fornecedores. • Letramento e Cultura de Liderança: Desenhar e desdobrar junto ao time a estratégia de capacitação e letramento das lideranças, capacitando-as para a construção e manutenção de ambientes saudáveis. • Acolhimento e encaminhamento de colaboradores com questões de saúde.

Job Requirements

  • Formação em Psicologia ou áreas correlatas com experiência prática robusta na temática de Saúde Mental, Gestão dos Riscos Psicossociais ou NR01.
  • Perfil de Liderança e Autonomia: Perfil sênior com sólida experiência em posições de liderança/gerência, com maturidade para navegar em matrizes complexas e tomar decisões sob ambiguidade.
  • Habilidade de Influência: Senioridade e excelente trânsito político para engajar, influenciar e construir pontes entre áreas multifuncionais (BPs, RH, SESMT,, Jurídico).
  • Expertise Técnica em Riscos Psicossociais: Profundo conhecimento prático sobre saúde mental corporativa e a aplicação da NR-01 voltada para fatores psicossociais.
  • Visão de Negócio: Forte capacidade analítica e visão de negócio para conectar as ações de saúde e bem-estar diretamente às temáticas do business.
  • Comunicação Executiva: Habilidade de comunicação e facilidade para estruturar teses, defesas de projetos e materiais executivos.
  • Facilitação Estratégica: Experiência em liderar fóruns executivos, comitês de saúde e conduzir agendas de alinhamento com grandes grupos de liderança.

Role Description Ember, a fully remote and globally-focused nonprofit, is seeking a 3-month sickness cover (with possibility to extend) in our finance team to support our financial management, reporting, and compliance functions, whilst being part of our mission to advance the global energy transition. This role requires a deep understanding of UK accounting standards and nonprofit financial management, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment. In the position, you will play a vital role in managing our financial operations to ensure the organisation's long-term stability and impact. You will be responsible for the following on an interim basis: - Month-end closing and payment processes - Grant reporting - Internal grant allocation - Cash flow management - Treasury - Compliance with regulatory requirements - Budgeting and budget control Key responsibilities include: - Financial Management: cash flow oversight, managing accounting, payment and treasury functions, ensuring financial accuracy - Reporting: preparing financial statements, management reports, grant reports, and compliance documents, working with our external bookkeeper - Compliance: ensuring adherence to laws and standards - Collaboration: supporting other departments with team-based budgets and aligning with organisational goals.
