Role Description Ember, a fully remote and globally-focused nonprofit, is seeking a 3-month sickness cover (with possibility to extend) in our finance team to support our financial management, reporting, and compliance functions, whilst being part of our mission to advance the global energy transition. This role requires a deep understanding of UK accounting standards and nonprofit financial management, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment. In the position, you will play a vital role in managing our financial operations to ensure the organisation's long-term stability and impact. You will be responsible for the following on an interim basis: - Month-end closing and payment processes - Grant reporting - Internal grant allocation - Cash flow management - Treasury - Compliance with regulatory requirements - Budgeting and budget control Key responsibilities include: - Financial Management: cash flow oversight, managing accounting, payment and treasury functions, ensuring financial accuracy - Reporting: preparing financial statements, management reports, grant reports, and compliance documents, working with our external bookkeeper - Compliance: ensuring adherence to laws and standards - Collaboration: supporting other departments with team-based budgets and aligning with organisational goals. Please note we are working to a tight timeline for this role. Ein zentraler Bestandteil ist die Migration aller Produkte und Tochterunternehmen auf die JTL-Domain – ein sehr sichtbares, strategisches Projekt mit direktem Business-Impact. - Ownership der JTL-Gruppen-Website als zentraler Growth- und Conversion-Kanal (Struktur, technische Grundlage, User Journeys, Cross-Sell, Weiterentwicklung). - Führung und Koordination der Migration aller Produkte und Tochterunternehmen auf die JTL-Domain (Struktur, SEO-Migration, Weiterleitungen, konsistente User Journeys). - Verantwortung für Tracking-Setup und Conversion-Optimierung der Website (Funnel-Analyse, Hypothesen, A/B-Tests – in enger Abstimmung mit RevOps). - Definition und Steuerung der SEO-Strategie auf Gruppenebene (Keyword-Logik, interne Verlinkung, Content-Struktur, Priorisierung nach Business-Impact). - Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der GAIO-Strategie (Sichtbarkeit in AI-Systemen wie ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google etc.). - Definition von Standards, Templates und Guidelines für Website & SEO für alle Business Units. - Enablement und Steuerung der Teams (insbesondere Content & Product Marketing) durch klare Vorgaben, Priorisierung und strukturierte Zusammenarbeit. - Steuerung externer SEO-Agenturen & Spezialist*innen – sowohl in der Umsetzung als auch als fachliche Sparringspartner. Qualifications - Tiefes technisches Website- und SEO-Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in der strukturierten Weiterentwicklung von Websites. - Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Produkte, Zielgruppen und Funnels im B2B-/SaaS-Umfeld. - Fundierte Erfahrung in Tracking, Conversion-Optimierung und datengetriebener Optimierung (A/B-Tests, Funnel-Analyse). - Erfahrung mit SEO-Migrationen bzw. Domain-Konsolidierung von Vorteil. - Erfahrung oder hohe Lernbereitschaft im Bereich GAIO / AI-Sichtbarkeit. - Steuerungskompetenz gegenüber internen Teams und externen Agenturen; Fähigkeit, klare Vorgaben und Priorisierungen zu setzen.
