• Du entwickelst und optimierst unsere Compensation-&-Benefits-Systeme für die GSM-Region. • Du betreust Vergütungs-, Bonus- und Benefitsysteme sowie Stellenbewertungen und Eingruppierungen. • Du koordinierst die jährliche Gehalts- und Bonusrunde und unterstützt die Budgetplanung. • Du analysierst Vergütungsdaten, beobachtest Markttrends und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab. • Du steuerst regionale Compensation-&-Benefits-Projekte und harmonisierst Prozesse. • Du erstellst Reports, Forecasts und Management-Auswertungen. • Du arbeitest eng mit HR, Finance, Global HR und externen Partnern zusammen. • Du stellst die Einhaltung unserer globalen Richtlinien sowie lokaler gesetzlicher Vorgaben sicher.
Job Requirements
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Personalmanagements oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Mindestens 5–7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compensation & Benefits oder Total Rewards.
- Erfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld.
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen Unternehmensberatung, Payroll oder HR Operations.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im HR-Management sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Excel und PowerPoint.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil.
- Eine analytische Denkweise und eine hohe Zahlenaffinität.
- Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Eigeninitiative sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
