Senior UX Designer – Web
EverCommerce
• Identify and plan strategic optimizations informed by user needs and aligned with business objectives • Lead discovery to understand user goals and motivations, uncover friction points, and analyze behavioral patterns • Develop information architectures that support intuitive navigation while strategically guiding users toward high-value conversion actions • Lead design of user experiences from wireframes to interactive prototypes that clearly communicate hierarchy, value propositions, and calls to action • Maintain scalable design systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and experimentation velocity across EverPro websites • Plan and execute usability tests to validate assumptions, identify usability barriers, and inform iterative improvements • Support CRO experimentation by developing A/B and multivariate test hypotheses, designing test variations, and analyzing results to drive measurable lift • Mentor fellow UX Designers by providing thoughtful feedback and guidance throughout project lifecycles • Collaborate closely with visual designers, copywriters, SEO strategists, developers, and marketing partners from concept through launch • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and transparency • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing long-term UX strategy with short-term optimizations • Explore emerging AI methodologies and proactively evolve our UX processes, tools, and deliverables to align with new industry standards
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong emphasis on leading UX optimizations for complex marketing websites
- A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your ownership of UX initiatives from discovery through delivery, highlighting your end-to-end approach and decision-making process
- High proficiency in Figma, experience in digital collaboration tools, AI tools, and testing tools
- Experience developing UX strategy grounded in research and business goals
- Experience leading web design execution, from IA and wireframes through prototyping and handoff
- Experience leading testing and experimentation, translating insights into prioritized improvements
- Experience working within agile, growth-oriented, or sprint-based workflows
- Teamwork mentality with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Clear, confident communicator able to present strategy, design solutions, and rationale to stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem solver, detail-oriented, proactive, and data-driven.
