• Lead end to end delivery of complex, cross functional IT programs, with a focus on IAM transformation and security initiatives. • Build and drive program plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics across multiple workstreams. • Partner across Enterprise IT, Network Engineering, Security Engineering, Compliance, and Technical Operations to align priorities and execution. • Identify, track, and manage cross team dependencies, risks, and blockers, driving resolution with clear mitigation strategies. • Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights. • Lead rollout and modernization of IAM capabilities, including provisioning, authentication (SSO and MFA), authorization, and governance. • Facilitate Agile and hybrid delivery practices such as Scrum and Kanban, improving team effectiveness and delivery outcomes. • Provide clear, concise reporting on program progress, risks, and outcomes to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management within IT, infrastructure, or security environments.
- Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives across Enterprise IT, networking, and information security (IAM experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle, access provisioning, authentication (SSO/MFA), RBAC, and governance.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments with knowledge of security frameworks and audit requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, including backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, balance competing priorities, and maintain a clear source of truth across tools and teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across highly technical teams.
