Customer Success Representative – Onboarding

Petleo

• Betreut unsere Bestandskunden (insbesondere Kliniken aber auch Praxen) und baut langfristige Beziehungen auf • Erkennt Hebel zur Optimierung der Kundenperformance und treibt Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten • Führt technischen Onboardings für diverse Petleo-Produkte eigenständig durch und ist so eine treibende Kraft für unseren Erfolg • Erstellt Weiterentwicklungspläne für unsere Kunden anhand bestehender KPI Dashboards und trägt damit zu einer effektiven und erweiterten Nutzung unserer Software bei • Leitet regelmäßige Folgeschulungen zur Product Adoption und sorgt so für eine verbesserte Kundenperformance • Unterstützt bei der Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung • Arbeitet eng mit unseren internen Teams (wie Sales und Product) zusammen, um Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen

Job Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit relevantem Bezug (Healthcare Management/ Gesundheitsökonomie/ BWL/ Tiermedizin etc.)
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Kundenbetreuung oder Account Management - idealerweise in einem Software-Unternehmen
  • Flexibel, technisch versiert und kann neue Informationen schnell umsetzen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (bspw. Hubspot/Pipedrive), Projektmanagement-Tools (bspw. Monday/Notion) und/oder Ticketsystemen (bspw. Zendesk, Hubspot, Clickup) sind von Vorteil
  • Gut darin, verschiedene Informationen und Priorisierungen im Blick zu behalten und handelt proaktiv
  • Traut sich zu, auch in technisch anspruchsvollen Situationen die Ruhe zu bewahren und die Problemstellung professionell zu lösen
  • Serviceorientiert und verfügt über eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Arbeitet eigenständig, ist engagiert und kommunikativ - kombiniert mit einem sympathischen Auftreten
  • Spricht fließend Deutsch und hat gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Motivation und Drive für das Thema eHealth und Freude an der Arbeit in einem schnell wachsenden und dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld.
