• You will own UI/UX design for our assessment product, our care/practice product, and our platform layer. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. • You will rapidly explore, iterate, and validate design ideas using AI tools and prompting—prioritizing speed to usable product over pixel-perfect mockups. Produce "good enough to build" design direction quickly, knowing engineering will iterate and refine in code using AI-assisted development. • You will define UX hypotheses and evaluate feature adoption using quantitative signals. Partner with product/engineering to design and interpret UX experiments (e.g., A/B tests, phased rollouts). Extract insights from usage data to inform design iteration — not just qualitative feedback, but hard metrics on what actually works. • You will maintain and evolve the Zenara design system. Define components, patterns, and design tokens. Ensure consistency across all products while allowing for product-specific needs. • You will conduct user research and usability testing with real clinical users. Interview psychiatrists, observe workflows, identify pain points, and validate design decisions with actual user feedback. • You will design for healthcare users: clinicians who need speed, patients who need warmth, admins who need clarity. Understand clinical workflows deeply enough to design interfaces that support them naturally. • You will design for accessibility (WCAG compliance) and responsive layouts. Ensure interfaces work for users with disabilities and across different devices and screen sizes. • You will collaborate closely with Product (strategic direction) and Engineering (implementation) on sprint deliverables. Balance design ideals with engineering constraints. Ensure designs are implementable and shipped on time. Work in rapid iteration cycles where engineering often refines and improves designs in-code. • You will design AI-powered interaction patterns — chat interfaces, AI-generated content displays, recommendations, and automated workflows. Make AI features feel natural and trustworthy to clinical users.

• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns (focused on content, email, events, partnerships, and conferences). • Lead top-of-funnel lead generation efforts in collaboration with sales and leadership. • Create and manage campaign calendars aligned with product launches, ideal customer profile segments, and sales priorities. • Monitor and report on ROI by channel and campaign (including costs, conversion metrics, and pipeline impact). • Continuously experiment, iterate, and enhance messaging and channels based on performance insights. • Develop credible and distinct narratives tailored for psychiatrists, practice managers, and healthcare operators. Convert technical AI features into clinical value propositions. Ensure that each piece of marketing material addresses the question: “Why should a psychiatrist care?” • Introduce new products, features, and services with clearly defined target customer profiles, use cases, and proof points. Produce an extensive suite of GTM collateral, including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, ROI calculators, sales enablement tools, and documents for prospects. Each item must be engaging, concise, and relevant to the clinical setting. • Create one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, ROI narratives, and objection handling resources. Assist the Sales/GTM team with materials aimed at prospects. Develop battle cards, guides for objection management, and scripts for demonstrations. Ensure the sales team is equipped with everything they need to successfully close deals. • Manage an editorial calendar, thought leadership initiatives, and product narratives. Establish and oversee a content calendar across blogs, emails, and social media platforms. Define content themes, collaborate with the Content Lead for execution, and guarantee cohesive messaging throughout all channels. • Monitor the market, develop battlecards, and identify differentiation. Conduct ongoing analysis of competitive behavioral health technology. Grasp competitive positioning, pinpoint differentiation opportunities, and guide product strategy using market insights. • Write conversion-focused copy in partnership with design and SEO experts. Manage website content and optimize landing pages. Ensure that the website clearly articulates value propositions and fosters conversions. Collaborate with design and engineering teams on updates. • Assess funnel metrics, campaign ROI, and their effects on pipeline and revenue. Evaluate content performance, website conversions, and the effectiveness of campaigns. Optimize strategies based on outcomes rather than assumptions. • Create customer case studies and success narratives. Interview customers, extract engaging stories, and transform them into marketing assets that showcase real-world value.

• You will establish the AI roadmap and architecture for our assessment and care/practice products, as well as our infrastructure platform. • You will assemble and lead the AI engineering team, starting with one direct report and expanding to 3-4 team members. • You will design and implement scalable AI pipeline infrastructure. • You will regard AI costs as a key production constraint and ensure transparency in per-workflow and per-customer economics. • You will guarantee that AI system behavior is explainable and debuggable for internal teams. • You will develop an AI engineering playbook, documenting workflows, establishing testing standards, and creating runbooks for common incidents. • You will assess and incorporate new models, frameworks, and orchestration tools as the field continues to advance.

You will be responsible for Zenara’s infrastructure, security posture, and compliance engineering — everything from the ground up. You will also develop infrastructure for our AI platform, encompassing model serving, scaling AI workloads, and supporting production AI pipelines. What You Will Own - Cybersecurity & Threat Defense: Manage threat modeling, reduce attack surfaces, oversee intrusion detection, handle vulnerability management, and plan incident responses. Your First 90 Days - Week 1-2: Fully immerse yourself in the current infrastructure, deployment processes, and security posture. Identify significant security vulnerabilities and critical gaps. - Month 1: Set up basic monitoring and alerting systems. Outline the CI/CD roadmap and begin documenting existing systems and security protocols. - Month 2-3: Develop CI/CD pipelines for high-priority services with security gates and implement secrets management and access controls. - Ongoing: Take on full ownership of infrastructure and security, delivering reliable and secure systems. Qualifications - 5-10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering. - A strong security mindset: detail-focused and able to express concerns when risks are too high. - Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, or healthcare compliance frameworks. - Proficient in AWS or Azure with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation). - CI/CD pipeline design and implementation experience. - Experience in container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, or equivalent). - Skills in cybersecurity: threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, intrusion detection, and incident response. - Strong English communication skills. - Experience in startup or high-growth environments. • Collaborate with Lead Engineer on complex subsystems within the healthcare platform. • Take full ownership of subsystems within 90 days and step into a shared leadership role. • Focus on understanding intricate components of the platform before contributing to product development. • Engage in the technical design and architecture of the system, balancing shipping code with maintainability. • Work closely with the founder-CEO, gaining insights into healthcare and engineering intuition.

• Oversee delivery for all products, including scope management, release schedule, quality controls, and alignment with stakeholders. • Directly manage the engineering team, handling hiring, performance assessments, coaching, providing feedback, conflict resolution, and talent retention. • Responsibility for the system architecture across the complete stack: web applications, APIs, infrastructure, and AI integrations. • Establish the release pipeline, including CI/CD practices, environment setups, quality checkpoints, and deployment automation. • Responsible for engineering security measures, including access control, secrets management, audit trails, and SDLC security protocols. • Define AI governance policies, ensuring that AI tools utilized promote speed while preventing vulnerabilities. • Construct the engineering team, delineate roles, maintain hiring standards, conduct technical interviews, and develop the engineering organization.

• Architect test automation from zero — Playwright-based E2E, API, and integration test suites across multiple healthcare products • Build AI-augmented QA — use Claude, Copilot, and AI tools to generate test cases, identify edge cases, and create self-healing test suites • Integrate QA into AI-assisted development workflows — shift-left testing that catches defects at the source, not the gate • Own the quality gate — if you don't trust it, it doesn't ship.
