Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or above.
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in fiber optics product engineering.
- Strong background in optical sub-assembly and fiber alignment.
- Experience with DFM and FMEA required.
- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing contract manufacturers or in manufacturing operations.

Location: This position can be located at any of our office locations: Phoenix, AZ; Clinton, IN; Indianapolis, IN; Centennial, CO; Irving, TX; or Fargo, ND. Based on the experience and skillset of the individual identified, we are open to a remote-based role with ability to travel to our office and field site locations to support events or department activities. • Pipeline ownership & deal closing • Prospecting: Conduct monthly sales calls by phone (outbound & inbound) • Discovery calls: Qualify using BANT, uncover pain points, clarify budgets • Negotiation & closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, close deals • Deal management: Keep the pipeline up to date, maintain the forecast, and handle reporting • Win-loss analysis: Identify patterns and continuously optimize • Account management: Manage existing customers and identify upsell opportunities
