• Responsible for the overall sales, profitability, and market growth of Southwire’s electrical distribution business within an assigned region. • Develops and executes regional strategies across the complete Southwire product portfolio. • Leads sales agencies and field sales personnel. • Builds strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and key market influencers. • Accountable for achieving regional sales volume, gross margin, and profit objectives while driving strategic growth, customer engagement, and market share expansion.

• Overseeing the sales efforts of properties, providing strong strategic and tactical direction to the property. • Monitoring sales activity; pace and production. • Supporting the properties in “key account” management, and development and execution of sales SMART Plans. • Ensuring corporate sales processes are in place and are implemented. • Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets. • Establishing and maintaining KPIs for sales performance. • Developing portfolio roll-up reports, consolidating data from various sources to provide comprehensive insights into key performance indicators. • Developing and managing the sales department budget.
• Support customer and territory growth. • Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities across various markets. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities. • Analyze market trends and customer needs. • Support customers and partners throughout the sales cycle. • Establish and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers. • Help customers evaluate solutions. • Develop strong relationships with security integrators, distributors, consultants, architects, engineers, and technology partners. • Manage multiple opportunities and projects. • Coordinate resources to support customer success. • Travel throughout the territory to support customers and partners.
