• Revenue maximization efforts for the assigned properties through monitoring the segmentation mix, to ensure profitability and growth versus prior year and the competitive set • Recommend and coordinate pricing and positioning for hotels in conjunction with Island Hospitality Revenue Management standard operating procedure in partnership with brand requirements • Report out critical analysis on the effect of short and long range decisions affecting overall revenue goals • Providing Segment Strategies for Transient and Group business to include appropriate Revenue Management initiatives to achieve or surpass hotels' financial goals • Conducting Revenue Analysis and Inventory Management on scheduled strategy conference calls based on Island Hospitality standard operating procedures • Aiding the Hotels in reading Revenue Management reports and tools • Inputting Revenue Management criteria into Reservation systems
• Overseeing the sales efforts of properties, providing strong strategic and tactical direction to the property. • Monitoring sales activity; pace and production. • Supporting the properties in “key account” management, and development and execution of sales SMART Plans. • Ensuring corporate sales processes are in place and are implemented. • Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets. • Establishing and maintaining KPIs for sales performance. • Developing portfolio roll-up reports, consolidating data from various sources to provide comprehensive insights into key performance indicators. • Developing and managing the sales department budget.
• Travel and fulfill open management positions at different hotel brands throughout our portfolio • Ensure hotel staff is trained in financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables and that these procedures are regularly followed • Conduct daily room inspections to ensure all rooms are cared for according to brand and Island Hospitality Management's standards • Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances • Ensure that departments achieve or exceed guest's service expectations • Control all purchases for the department, consistently aware of quality and cost • Prepare team member schedules in accordance with budgets and business forecasts • Identifies major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problems • Assist team leaders in meeting and exceeding AOS goals • Periodically inspect rooms, building exterior, parking lot, etc. • Manage human resources functions including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions

• Travel and fulfill open management positions at different properties throughout our portfolio • Meet or exceed budgeted profit and margin for property • Accurately forecast revenue/cost problems and manage discretionary expenditures to utilize cash flow • Analyze financial and operational information on an ongoing basis to adjust business plans, labor requirements, and operating costs • Ensure property staff is trained in financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables and that these procedures are regularly followed • Oversee and account for balancing of RV income nightly • Sign off on bank deposits and forwards RV income report on a nightly basis • Identify major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problems • Assist team leaders in meeting and exceeding AOS goals • Periodically inspect grounds, vacation rentals, building exterior, parking lot, etc. • Manage human resources functions including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions
• Overseeing the sales efforts of properties • Providing strong strategic and tactical direction to the property • Monitoring sales activity; pace and production • Supporting the properties in “key account” management, and development and execution of sales SMART Plans • Ensuring corporate sales processes are in place and implemented • Host weekly calls to the Director of Sales to monitor sales activity and production • Collect and analyze End of Month Reports and review with the property prior to sending to Corporate • Monitor Quarterly Bonus Structure • Participate in monthly P&L Call reviews • Provide hands-on sales coaching to DOS and Sales Managers as needed • Review and monitor property STSR reports including sales activity, space usage, production and pace • Take a leadership role in hiring, training and evaluation of Directors of Sales • Work directly with VP of Operations to continually improve systems affecting occupancy, rate and RevPAR • Assist in creating annual revenue budgets and developing annual marketing plans • Participate in sales efforts for blitzes or corporate support • Communicate company direction, process, and expectations to those hotels within the assigned region or area • Ensure that all due dates are met for properties within the region • Assist the SVP of Sales and Marketing with additional duties as needed
