• Develop and execute a strategic account plan for each assigned client, focusing on business outcomes and measurable results • Utilize metrics, KPIs, and data analysis to monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and contract compliance • Collaborate closely with product support, operations, and implementation teams to resolve issues • Set and manage clear, measurable expectations for both clients and internal teams • Deliver daily/weekly/monthly required reports to the clients as outlined in their contractual statements of work • Support the client in managing their sku/product catalog, as well as inbound and outbound deliveries • Proactively monitor contract adherence to maintain compliance and client satisfaction • Manage the implementation of new programs and services in a timely and cost-effective manner
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Operations roles or supporting Operations within 3PL, Distribution and/or fulfillment industries
- Experience in eCommerce, logistics, or fulfillment
- Basic to intermediate understanding of eCommerce and fulfillment environments
- Strong project management skills
- Technical proficiency, capable of explaining complex processes to non-technical stakeholders
- Resourceful problem solver with analytical thinking
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency

• Manage customer accounts both remotely and on-site • Collaborate to build and nurture customer relationships, foster a cohesive customer experience, and identify and solve problems before they happen • Understand departmental processes, how MIM products are installed and used, and various customer roles within their department (ex: Dosimetrists, Physicists, etc.) • Develop a clinical and anatomical knowledge base and MIM product expertise in Radiation Oncology • Recognize and engage customer stakeholders at managed sites to drive the effective utilization of MIM Software products compelling customers to implement new processes and identify opportunities for cross-selling • Work in a cross-functional capacity across the organization to communicate customer needs and ensure customer follow-up takes place in a timely manner • Capture customer feedback and interactions in our CRM • Report to direct management on current customer activities such as software upgrades, training, proactive customer interventions, and service contract renewal • Provide software training, basic technical support, and new feature presentations to customers over the phone, online, and in person • Collect on and perform renewals of our customer’s service and maintenance contracts
• Support the ongoing success of Emiri client deployments • Bridge product support, user experience, and development by investigating issues, coordinating resolutions, remote communication between users, client service teams, and product development • Apply a voice of customer lens to user feedback and issues to surface enhancement opportunities and influence the product roadmap • Own issue root cause identification and resolution to triage root causes between feature enhancements, system bugs, and user education • Coach commercial teams on the configuration and functionality of Liquid AI; support key client meetings and demos • Support setup, configuration, and QA of client models • Drive continuous improvement of support processes, tools and user education materials • Clearly communicate guidance and resolutions to users or internal teams • Test new enhancements or fixes prior to release to ensure quality and expected behavior • Prepare concise write-ups of confirmed bugs or feature requests for the development team
