Role Description ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join our Shared Services team. This position is eligible for remote work within the United States. The ideal candidate will reside within commuting distance of Reston, VA, or Beltsville, MD to attend occasional team and company meetings, events, and collaborative activities. Candidates located elsewhere in the U.S. will also be considered; however, they must be willing and able to travel as needed to support business requirements. Key Role: - This position is within the procurement organization responsible for managing/supporting programs and proposals with complex subcontract requirements. - The role requires the ability to manage complex subcontract/subcontractor requirements in support of major Government proposals and awarded programs. - All actions must comply with all policies required under an approved purchasing system. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education. - 2-4 years at a minimum of subcontracts administration experience to include T&M, Labor Hour, Cost Reimbursable/Award Fee and Fixed Price Contracts. - Experience in Federal Government contracting. - Demonstrated understanding of cost accounting principles to include direct and indirect cost components and factors. - Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Agency FAR Supplements. - In depth knowledge/experience with public law requirements to maintain an Approved Purchasing System and operating under such a system. - Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Power Point, Outlook with an emphasis with Excel.
