• Serve as a functional subject matter expert for the ABI MasterMind Time and Attendance application for 100+ venues across North America • Train venue teams on the correct processes and procedures of the system • Audit/report all venues to ensure all are operating within the established standards of procedure • Create/Maintain all departments, work types, skills, positions, and schedule templates • Manage all event creation and maintenance, and assist venues with all event updates • Ensure smooth and consistent integration with HRIS and Payroll systems • Work with the team to pull payroll reports for all hourly employees every week • Assist with WIP issues and research any discrepancies • Provide all reports as needed by leadership teams, executives, etc • Develop and implement ongoing training, knowledge base, and user support systems for all end-users • Work with Venue management teams to oversee optimization of the timekeeping system to ensure innovation and standardization across all operating departments • Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures; identify current problems and contribute solutions to resolve issues.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience with ABIMM (TMSS) preferred, or 5+ years with a similar TKS
- Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays as needed
- High Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Working Knowledge of the Workday platform
- A flexible mindset that allows you to shift quickly as needed

This position will oversee all incoming faxes within the department. Remote Worker Guidelines: This position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home (WFH) in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This WFH position requires you have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate by video in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network. The internet connection must have a consistent 50 down/10 up Mbps minimum internet speed. 100 down/20 up is recommended to support higher quality video meetings. Responsibilities - Oversees all incoming Medical Necessity Review (MNR) Forms received by fax, mail or electronically. - Collects all faxes on an hourly basis. - Sorts, stamps, staples all faxes into seven categories: - MNR Forms - Resubmissions/Modification Forms - Claims - Tracers - Personal Faxes - Miscellaneous - Incomplete - Forwards MNR Forms and ReOpen/Modification Forms to the Front End Supervisor within 15 minutes of every hour. - Counts and logs the total number of faxes received hourly as well as the number of faxes in each category. - Calls practitioners regarding any fax transmittal problems and documents all phone calls in the communication log.
