Salesforce Solution Architect

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce architecture supporting multiple functional areas. • Develop and guide the organization’s Salesforce roadmap, governance practices, and platform strategy. • Serve as the primary technical authority for Salesforce integrations, security, data modeling, and multi-cloud architecture. • Oversee solution design, configuration, and customization across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Education Clouds. • Conduct architecture reviews to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and best practices. • Provide leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators, establishing standards for coding, testing, and deployment. • Partner with project managers to define scope, timeline, risks, and resource needs for Salesforce initiatives. • Create and maintain documentation for governance, system design, and operational processes. • Lead proof-of-concept efforts exploring new Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies. • Ensure adherence to accessibility, privacy, and regulatory standards. • Contribute as a senior member of the organization’s Salesforce Center of Excellence, promoting platform adoption and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive experience serving as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer.
- Hands-on expertise with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, APIs, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Ethos).
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security, and development lifecycle practices.
- Experience with release management tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Flosum.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified Integration Architect.
