Salesforce Solution/Data Architect
ABX
• Define the end state architecture for Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 and lead the migration from legacy data silos into a unified “Single Source of Truth”. • Lead the design for identity resolution and data mapping, ensuring seamless, secure synchronisation between the Kinesis blockchain/trading platforms and Salesforce. • Work closely with the Senior Product Owner and the Head of Salesforce CRM to translate Top Management’s vision into scalable technical delivery. • Establish global standards for the SF Team to ensure all new builds support the long-term Data 360 vision/goal. • Act as a subject matter expert for the existing team of Admins and Developers, providing architectural guidance and ensuring best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow as they relate to Data 360. • Design robust, scalable API integrations connecting Salesforce with external data systems or marketing tools.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with at least 3+ years in a Lead/Architect role, preferably within Fintech, Banking or Digital Asset Exchanges.
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360 Truth, and complex Service Cloud implementations.
- Ideally holds Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect credentials.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or Mulesoft certification is a major plus.
- Ability to translate “Top Management” desires into technical requirements and work closely with the execution team.
- The ability to explain complex data flows to non-technical stakeholders is essential.
