• We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative based in Singapore to support outbound pipeline generation for enterprise software campaigns. • This is a full-time, top-of-funnel B2B sales role focused on engaging senior decision-makers, uncovering business challenges, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality meetings for the client sales team. • You'll own outbound prospecting across phone and email, conduct discovery conversations, manage CRM activity, and work closely with Account Managers to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex B2B sales, is confident speaking with senior stakeholders, and has a proven ability to consistently generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting.
Job Requirements
- Based in Singapore.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles.
- Proven success generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting.
- Strong experience engaging C-level executives and senior business decision-makers.
- Excellent discovery, questioning, and opportunity qualification skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience selling ERP, finance software, business applications, or other enterprise technology solutions.
