Outbound Team Lead – Founding Role

Brightvision

• Open and establish Brightvision's presence in your target - France • Prospect, reach out, and build a healthy pipeline through cold calling and outbound activity • Close deals — own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract • Work closely with Brightvision leadership on go-to-market strategy and positioning • Represent Brightvision in conversations with senior decision-makers and enterprise buyers • Build and refine outbound playbooks that will scale as the team grows • Hire and lead a team of SDRs once the market gains traction • Contribute to strategic initiatives and share learnings across the wider team

  • Proven track record in cold calling and outbound B2B sales

  • More than comfortable in conversations with C-suite and enterprise decision-makers

  • Native or fluent French speaker

  • Prior experience in leading a team lead, mentoring, or management capacity
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, or IT sales
  • Experience with international or cross-border sales
  • Enterprise sales track record
  • Used to working with KPIs and ambitious targets

Role Description Organize, and execute processes related to 1st mortgage and equity loans. Effectively manage a pipeline of mixed product types including: - Conventional - FHA - Jumbo products - Purchase and refinance transactions - Owner-occupied, 2nd home, and investment loan types including manufactured housing and condominiums Partner with the internal and external Home Loan Advisors to ensure accurate, efficient and timely loan processing.
