Automotive Technician – Flying Doctor
MSX International
• Provide on-site technical support across Poland • Manage escalated technical cases from front-line support, validating information, performing deep-dive analysis, and defining corrective actions • Provide remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams to ensure timely and effective vehicle repair • Produce clear, structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders, highlighting risks, trends, and areas for improvement • Monitor activity KPIs and flag early warning signals on product or process issues • Contribute to technical knowledge base and best practices, supporting continuous improvement of Level 1 agents and workshop
Job Requirements
- Strong automotive technical background with experience in diagnostics and complex repair (dealer, workshop or OEM environment)
- Proven ability to analyze technical data, fault codes, and log files to identify root causes and recurring issues on vehicles
- Capable of translating OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and procedures into clear repair instructions for workshops
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English; able to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way
- Team player with proactive attitude, logical and inquisitive mindset, able to operate in multi-market, multi-stakeholder environments
