Team Lead IT Infrastructure Shared Services
ATU
• Lead the team both technically and as the disciplinary manager, consisting of four internal employees (including one trainee) • Coordinate external service providers • Support and continuously develop team members • Take responsibility for the stable operation, security, and further development of central IT services (e.g., server systems, virtualization, storage, Active Directory, backup, monitoring, and in future also cloud-based services) • Ensure that projects and tasks in the areas of servers, cloud, automation, and platform services are implemented on schedule • Support department management with budget planning and compliance • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management) within your area of responsibility
Job Requirements
- Extensive, relevant professional experience operating hybrid infrastructures (on-premises and cloud), ideally in a leadership or coordinating role
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to confidently coordinate complex projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a strong team orientation
- Good command of English
