• The Commissions Specialist is responsible for configuration and development in multiple Commissions and Incentive systems such as Varicent, SAP Commissions (Callidus) or CaptivatelQ, including calculation streams, data, reporting, ETLs and support our client’s incentive compensation plans. • Will work with other experienced developers with SOL and relational database knowledge. • Requires experience in SSRS. • Assist in training users on reporting tools and analysis of data. • Build and modify incentive plans and components in the multiple platforms used for commissions and SOL Server. • Ensures change controls, compliance, risk management, business continuity activities for Incentive systems. • Directs the evaluation existing systems and procedures to identify deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage. • Reviews the analysis, development and revisions to existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. • Primary liaison to business partners (internal and/or external) through coding and implementation to ensure incentive plans are implemented correctly in the commissions tool. • Works with internal and external customers, including cross functional teams, to gather specifications for data and report requirements. • Creates and executes a data integrity/consistency plan for monitoring data across multiple platforms on a regular basis. • Develops SOL queries to extract, manipulate and/or calculate information to fulfill data and reporting requirements.

• Ensure all office IT-related issues are identified and resolved • Troubleshoot and resolve support issues on PC/Mac and iOS devices, including desktop applications • Perform thorough analysis and follow-up actions on incidents • Proactively monitor and maintain the office IT infrastructure • Create and maintain support and How-To articles for teammates and customers • Track and keep all IT assets (hardware and software) up to date • Support customers remotely and in person • Ensure all assigned tickets are worked on, updated, and resolved • Coordinate with field engineers to visit customers or employees when issues require on-site intervention

• Reporting to Kévin, Technical Lead, you will join our 20-person engineering office responsible for control-command (control systems) design and cybersecurity. • You will contribute to operational architecture specifications, organic and functional analyses, and oversee installation work performed by contractors and equipment suppliers, particularly electricians. • Write technical documentation. • Prepare operational reporting. • Manage interfaces with clients and suppliers.

• Liderar y facilitar el CAB diario (Change Advisory Board): revisar, evaluar, programar y autorizar los cambios y pruebas de alto impacto. • Coordinar despliegues multisistema: trabajar mano a mano con equipos de infraestructura, desarrollo y sistemas distribuidos en entornos híbridos (JAVA, AWS Cloud, Mainframe, WebSphere, etc.). • Gestión de riesgos: verificar y validar los planes de ejecución, rollback (vuelta atrás) y contingencia para cambios críticos. • Gobernanza de datos: supervisar la ingesta y el control de datos desde entornos PRO y MIG, garantizando el enmascaramiento y la confidencialidad. • Gestión de Stakeholders: actuar como puente de comunicación clave entre equipos técnicos internos, proveedores y responsables del programa.
