IT Specialist
MalOPlus Group Inc
• Provide remote IT support to colleagues across our offices in North America • Respond promptly and efficiently to support requests, aiming to resolve issues on first contact • Serve as the first point of contact for software, hardware, network, and VPN issues • Image and deploy computers remotely • Maintain/update images according to established procedures • Manage and maintain company and client websites • Manage IT hardware and peripherals, including various printers and supplies • Maintain/update documentation related to equipment and software license information • Create and manage user accounts for business applications • Create and maintain end-user documentation for software and processes
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT
- 2+ years supporting Microsoft Windows 7/10 desktop operating systems in a production environment
- Knowledge of PC imaging methods
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of antivirus software and virus/malware removal techniques
- Knowledge of networking technologies and tools including: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, PING, VPN
- Bilingual French-English required; Spanish and other languages an asset

IT Commissions Specialist
