Role Description This is a remote position. My Amazon Guy is looking for an experienced Zapier Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and modernizing existing automation workflows in Zapier. A key focus will be transitioning current integrations to a more secure and scalable setup using Custom Actions and API Call Actions, with the goal of reducing reliance on static API keys and enhancing overall workflow security and efficiency. This position is primarily a developer role within the Security Department, focusing on building and implementing secure automation solutions. Qualifications - 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Zapier app, API calls, and webhooks - Proven experience building advanced workflows using Custom Actions and API Call Actions - Strong understanding of automation architecture and API integration - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and debugging skills - Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team environment - A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM) - Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed Requirements - Ability to read/write JavaScript - Experience with API calls - Proficiency in handling JSON payloads Benefits - 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day - Competitive salary base - Permanent WFH setup - Unlimited FREE access to MAG School courses and SOP Library! - Work schedule is in EST (Monday-Friday only) - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement
