Supply Chain Lead, Data Center Infrastructure

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy for data center infrastructure • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate demand forecasts into forward-looking procurement requirements • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand future design criteria • Identify, evaluate, and qualify new vendors • Build relationships with key suppliers to secure favorable allocation • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures • Build programs that enable construction partners to secure equipment • Oversee construction partners' own procurement plans • Define procurement quality requirements • Develop risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions • Create and maintain visibility into supply chain performance
Job Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or procurement
- Experience procuring MEP equipment (generators, switchgear, cooling systems, etc.), structural steel, or other long-lead construction materials
- Built supply chain programs or functions from scratch
- Work effectively with internal demand forecasts and translate them into actionable procurement strategies
- Strong vendor evaluation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and making strategic decisions
- Can communicate effectively with technical teams (engineering) and business stakeholders alike
- Highly organized and can manage multiple workstreams across different stages of development
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve and require adaptability
