Senior Manager, Integrations

• Oversee active project portfolio within assigned LOB • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget & scopeMonitor project health indicators and proactively mitigate risk • Escalate systemic issues to Director, PMO • Manage and develop Project Managers within the LOB • Provide coaching on timeline management, scope control, and cross-functional coordination • Conduct performance reviews and development planning • Reinforce accountability and consistent execution standards • Ensure adoption of PMO standards, tools, and documentation practices • Audit project plans for compliance and qualityDrive continuous improvement of execution workflows • Partner with AMs to ensure alignment between scope and delivery plansCollaborate with Strategists to support execution feasibility • Work with WFM to align staffing with workload forecastsIdentify delivery risks early and implement corrective action plans • Support PMs in navigating complex client or scope challenges • Elevate high-impact risks to Director, PMO when necessary • Track LOB-level delivery KPIs (on-time delivery, utilization, margin impact, etc.) • Provide regular updates to Director, PMO on portfolio health • Support data-driven decision-making across the LOB

Job Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in project management within a services or agency environment
  • 2+ years managing or mentoring project managers
  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and governance frameworks
  • Experience working within task-based systems (e.g., Teamwork, Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • Strong risk management and prioritization skillsAbility to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
