• Provide Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) Technical Support Services for the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program • Conduct environmental analysis of recipient information and data • Develop draft documents, primarily categorical exclusions, under the NEPA review process • Monitor and track incoming project submissions and messages to the EECBG NEPA Inbox • Attend and document results of assigned meetings, hearings, and phone calls • Provide support for environmental policy and training development • Prepare documents of interactions with agencies and organizations regarding compliance with laws, regulations, licensing, and permitting protocols
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 10 years of experience in environmental analysis and documentation
- Geology Expertise: In-depth knowledge of geology assessment and analysis
- Understanding of geological regulations and standards
- Technical Writing: Proficiency in preparing technical sections related to geology
